1. Pirated Media;

At jvs hosting any pirated media is PROHIBITED and may lead to account suspension and or termination without prior warning or refund(s). This material includes but not limited to; Copywritten Music (all formats), Copywritten Movies, Copywritten Images, Copywritten software and source codes, Serial keys and or activations codes not intended for the original purchaser(s) and or companies that produced them.

2. Adult content;

At JVS we strongly prohibit any distrubution of adult content in any form. We are all about a clean and proffessional approach to online web hosting services and refuse to accept any less then the best reputation around! Such material includes, but is not limited to; Nudity, adult language, pornographic content, pictures, movies, links to outside sites, and any other form that may be offensive to any audience. Such sites that wish to part-take in the distrobution of such material MUST sign a waiver and seprate legal agreement with JVS prior to such. This legal waiver may be revoked at any time if JVS feels the content is not within appropriate guidelines set by JVS. Termination or suspesion of an account violating as such will not be eligible for refunds and or credits.

3. Web Based Source Code;

All web based source code MUST be original and not be copied from any entity other then your own. If such is neccesary and it is copywritten source code, you MUST have proof that you have the rights to use such material from the ORIGINAL creator of said source code(s). Failure to show proof at any given time will result in suspension and or termination of said account(s) that are in violation of such terms and conditions.

4. Hot Linking (Image linking from an outside/inside resource);

Image linking to and from JVS servers is prohibbited. If you must link or be linked you must have a mutual agreement present from the linked outside resource. Hot linking does DEPLETE your available bandwith greatly, as well as the outside entities bandwith. The usuage of bandwith should always be monitored by both parties. Exceeded bandwith puts a strain on a server and network causing poor performance for other users on the same network this is why we strongly enforce this regulation so that our other clients can have a fast, worry free enviroment to operate on. Violation of such terms and conditions may result in account termination and or suspension without a refund or credit.

5. Sites;

Websites that are used to distribute illegal tools and learning equipment for any other sake besides learning will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form! All new clients wishing to partake in this activity will not be accepted by JVS and will be refused service on demand. JVS WILL NOT HOST ANY WEBSITES THAT ARE YAHOO BASED, THIS MEANS NO YAHOO BOOTERS, TOOLS, CONTENT, OR ANY OTHER YAHOO RELATED MATERIAL. ANY new clients looking to host these such sites will be refused service, and any current clients that violate this agreement will be terminated upon discovery with NO prior warning and no refunds and or credits. Here at JVS we take this matter very serious as we are a professional enviroment for professional people!

6. Server Usuage;

JVS will not be host to any form of attacks preformed from our servers. We are not in the business of hosting people that want to use our servers as a mode of attack against others on the internet! This includes but is not limited to; DoS Bots, DDoS Bots, DDoS & DoS Programs, or source code(s), Web Based E-mail bots, spam bots, or any kind of attack tools. Violation of these terms will lead to Instant termination of your account, with no prior warning, no refunds, and no credits, and WILL result in reportation to the proper legal authorities. Please note that JVS strongly abides by all federal regulations and terms and will not violate them under any circumstances. JVS cooperates with all organizations to help capture and report illegal activites.

7. Spam;

Spam is ILLEGAL and will not be tolerated by JVS at any time under any condition. We strive to keep a 110% spam free network and will not allow such activites to take place on our networks. All mailing lists and or auto responders must contain a link to a unsubscribers list. Any violation of this term will result in suspension and or termination of said account(s) and will NOT be subject to refunds and or credits.

8. Late Payments;

Every account must be paid by set due date given when your account was made active. Any account 5 days past due or longer will be charged a minimum value of the current package price plus the amount due plus a $4.95 re-connection fee. Late charge is subject to change at anytime. (Example: Your Package + Your Package + $4.95).

* Please note that all accounts that are in violation of above terms and conditions and are suspended and or terminated will not be eligible for refunds, and or credits. Violaters will also not be subject to prior notification of suspension or termination and as a result any loss of data stored on our network and servers at the point of termination/suspension is NOT the responsibility of JVS.
